Welcome to Horizon SouthBay (HSB) Church! We are glad you are here. My name is Eric and I am blessed to be serving as the new pastor of HSB. We are a small church that loves Jesus, studying the Bible, and reaching our community for Christ. We teach the word of God, chapter by chapter, verse by verse, and are affiliated with Calvary Chapel.

Our focus for this year is to grow. Grow in intimacy with Lord. Grow in unity as the body of Christ. Grow into the image of Christ.  And grow as a light of Jesus in our community. We invite you to come fellowship with us, grow in your relationship with God, and be a part of what God is doing in the South Bay.

My wife, Regina and I, became Christians in 1998 at Horizon Christian Fellowship with Mike MacIntosh. We both went to the Horizon School of Evangelism. In 2003, we moved to Mexico to serve as missionaries and help plant a church. We also served as missionaries in El Salvador, the Coachella Valley and with the Festival of Life. In 2012, we moved back to San Diego and started serving at Horizon SouthBay.  We started a Spanish home fellowship, which turned into a Sunday morning service. I continue to serve as the Pastor of the Spanish ministry, along with now pastoring the English church.

We are so excited about this new chapter in our lives. We hope to see you Sunday or at one of our many weekly activities. May God richly bless you and your family!
